AI consultancy. Good.
Arktika was built to close the gap between AI strategy and production—combining senior judgment, technical delivery and adoption under one accountable operating model.
The implementation gap nobody wanted to own.
The pattern was consistent: a strategy deck, a few stalled pilots and a capable team that could not get a model past a demo and into the workflow it was meant to fix.
The constraint was never ambition. It was implementation—data that was not ready, architecture nobody owned and adoption treated as an afterthought. Arktika exists to be accountable for that layer.
"Every company had an AI strategy. Almost none of them had an AI system running in production."
Decks on one side, engineers on the other, nothing shipping in between.
Strategy firms sold the roadmap and left before the build. Staffing shops built whatever was asked and took no responsibility for whether it worked. Internal teams were pulled back to the roadmap they already owned.
What was missing was a single accountable party that could assess honestly, design the architecture, build it inside the client environment and stay until people actually used it.
Built around the phase everyone else skips.
Every engagement runs through five gated phases—assess, scope, build, adopt, improve—with a documented decision at each gate. Baselines are set before implementation. Evaluations, guardrails and monitoring ship alongside the system.
Internally we maintain delivery accelerators: reusable retrieval, evaluation and monitoring scaffolding that shortens setup time on each engagement. They support delivery; they are not a product a client is asked to depend on.
Client-funded code, prompts, evaluations and documentation transfer at handover, so nothing critical stays locked inside our stack.
One accountable leader. A phase-matched specialist network.
Joshua leads the commercial and strategic relationship. Technical specialists are selected according to the architecture, data, integration and adoption requirements of each engagement.
Arktika's network spans the Americas and operates within North American business hours. Clients meet the proposed delivery leads before work begins.

Joshua has lived and worked across Colombia, Brazil and Argentina, building the relationships with senior operators and technical leaders that Arktika draws on today. He remains the point of accountability from first conversation through handover.
"The hard part was never the model. It's the data nobody owns, the workflow nobody mapped and the team nobody prepared. That's the part we decided to be accountable for."
Owns business alignment, scope and phase-gate decisions.
Owns model, orchestration, evaluation and production architecture.
Builds and integrates the production capability.
Connects data, systems, permissions and operating workflows.
Owns enablement, documentation and usage measurement.
Final team composition is established after scope and depends on the client environment, integration complexity and operating requirements.
Built to survive executive and technical scrutiny.
Success is documented before implementation begins.
Client-funded code, prompts, evaluations and documentation transfer at handover.
Work is performed inside approved client environments wherever practical.
Proposed delivery leadership remains visible through the engagement.
Readiness before build
We establish the business case, data conditions and operating owner before implementation.
Production or it did not happen
A demonstration is evidence. A system operating inside the business is the outcome.
Adoption is engineered
Enablement, documentation and usage measurement are part of delivery.
Accountability stays visible
The person responsible for the engagement remains in the room.
Measured against the client's own baseline.
- Assessment completed in two weeks
- Production deployment in week seven
- Adoption training for 12 users
- Measurement against the client's week-one baseline

"Strategy is cheap. A system your team uses every day is the only thing that compounds."
